Job Description

Set up and maintain good working relationships with all other hotel operations areas, such as Front Office, Food and Beverage, Accounting, Reservations, etc.

2. Prospect by telephone cold-calling to establish territories.

3. Establish and maintain corporate accounts with clients.

4. Follow up with clients before, during, and after the function/event/stay to ensure repeat business.

5. Make reservations on behalf of clients.

6. Follow up with clients who utilize the property.

7. Handle complaints and pass them to the head of Sales.

8. Conduct continuous research on potential accounts in the appropriate

market segment.

Research and present lost business reports at the Monthly Sales Meetings.

10. Travel when necessary.

11. Provide the Head of Sales with weekly sales reports.

12. Provide the Banqueting Department with any leads received through corporate


13. Attend various trade shows, and functions as when required.

14. Maintain familiarity with analyzing the competition from other hotels which will be designated.

15. Contribute to the overall market plan for Erth Hotel

16. Participate in training programs.

17. React promptly to requests by the head of Sales for reports

other assignment.

18. Develop relationships with key regular guests from selected companies to

ensure that their expectations are met and that Erth becomes the hotel of choice

19. Ensure all hotel facilities are cross-sold to all existing and new clients.

20. Monitor the monthly production of new and existing accounts and ensure a follow-up with the clients.

21. Conduct hotel site inspections for clients and a minimum of two (2) entertaining

per week.

22. Ensure you have excellent product knowledge of the hotel City and deliver the optimum level of service and client satisfaction.


  1.  Excellent Sales knowledge and skills, Computer literate.
  2.  Bachelor’s Degree Graduate or equivalent qualifications.
  3. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager
  4. Good Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, Pleasant, Dynamic and Enthusiastic
  5.  Trustworthy and Honest
  6. Fit and Healthy
  7.  English/Russian both written and spoken
